The magic of Blanca

Vogue has thoroughly covered Blanca Padilla’s magical wedding in Menorca, but we cannot but share the highlights of the story with you.

The Spanish model Blanca Padilla recently married the love of her life from her hometown. For her wedding gown, she chose T.ba Brides. In a creative process with T.ba designer Sol Prado, a truly magical dress was made.

A joint vision

Vogue writes that Blanca Padilla chose T.ba for several reasons. “I wanted to choose a brand with Spanish origins that embodied sustainability and proximity, that felt aligned with who I am, and could be tailored to my needs and what I envisioned”, Blanca says.

It was a collaborative, beautiful process that I enjoyed so much. All the fabrics were the highest quality, and I could just feel the care and attention to detail behind the pieces, which I wanted to be translated into the whole wedding.

The handmade corset

The result was a gown with a structured, handmade corset offset by gauzy fabric that draped organically across the bride’s body. Sol Prado has made the unique corset by hand. It is as beautiful from the inside as from the outside.

Blanca paired the look with Messika jewels and cream Roger Vivier heeled sandals that featured engravings of the wedding date and the couple’s initials, Vogue writes.
